This project consists of a new two-storey community building containing a Foundry Center youth services hub, mental health services space, educational and community gathering space, and offices in Vernon’s downtown core . It will provide both in-person and virtual publicly accessible services, programming, and office space in a non-commercial community-oriented structure to Vernon and surrounding area.
The Foundry will offer publicly accessible social services & health care to Indigenous and non-Indigenous youth and their caregivers—transforming how social, mental health, and substance use services are delivered in Vernon.
Terra is providing full development management services to the Society as well as support through feasibility, funding applications, and due diligence work for the project.
