Partnership with our Indigenous sister company
Since our inception Terra has worked closely with Indigenous governments, communities and housing societies across B.C. to develop over 1,100 culturally appropriate housing and community spaces for individuals, elders and families of Indigenous ancestry.
In 2017 Terra co-founded Lu’ma Development Management (LDM), after decades of collaboration with Lu’ma Native Housing Society—an Indigenous-owned and operated organization with deep expertise in affordable housing and support services for Indigenous Peoples. Since its inception, LDM has taken the lead on all Indigenous-focused projects, while Terra continues to serve non-Indigenous clients.
Terra and LDM continue to share knowledge and experience with each other to support Indigenous-led housing initiatives.
