Hollybrook Affordable Housing

This four-storey affordable housing project for families and seniors features 86 one, two and three bedroom units as well as indoor and outdoor amenity space.

The site for the project is owned by the District of North Vancouver; previously it was home to the old Delbrook Community Centre. The location of the site is ideal for youth, seniors and families due to its proximity to transit, elementary school, the new community centre and the new park space created on the site.

Terra worked with Hollyburn Community Services Society on the recently completed Salal Apartments where they are partnering with long time affordable housing operator Sanford Affordable Housing Society. The Salal is an opportunity for Hollyburn to grow their operational capacity and prepare for operating the Hollybrook site.

For this project, Terra worked with the Society to secure funding under the 2020 Building BC Community Housing Fund.
