This new 67 space Childcare Center and Youth Excellence Hub brings much needed childcare spaces, support and services top families in Mission.
The two-storey building includes a surface parking lot and outdoor playground. The main floor of the building includes a childcare center and associated outdoor spaces. The second floor includes new office space for Mission Association for Community Living (MACL) who owns and operates the childcare center.
The project, led by the City of Mission and MACL, is made possible through partnerships with the Province of BC, who have provided funding through ChildCareBC New Spaces Fund and UBCM, as well as the City of Mission who sold MACL the land at a discounted price and provided project financing.
Terra provided development management services to the City of Mission for this project which opened in June of 2025.
