Dickson Manor is a four-storey building providing 90 affordable homes for seniors on the former Legion Village site. This project responds to the growing demand for seniors’ housing in Summerland, providing affordable, accessible, energy-efficient homes within walking distance of shopping, parks, and civic amenities.

Terra is proud to serve as development manager for this vital seniors housing project and has worked with Parkdale Place Housing Society from the feasibility stage. As part of our development management services, Terra supported the society in securing seed funding through CMHC and submitting a successful application under BC Housing’s Community Housing Fund. 

The project is currently under construction with completion scheduled for 2027. ‍
