As Development Manager, Sabrina is responsible for managing the development and implementation of social purpose projects working closely with Terra’s Partners and staff.

SabrinaSabrina joined Terra in 2025, bringing over 10 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, high-value projects in both consultancy and client-side environments.

Prior to joining Terra, Sabrina managed a portfolio of housing development projects at BC Housing in the Lower Mainland, overseeing project funding approvals, partnership management, development and building permits, project management, and property acquisitions. Prior to working in BC, Sabrina provided full project management services as Owner’s Representative for commercial developers and institutional client’s on project ranging from $50m-$500m across the UK. Sabrina has also managed annual facilities budgets and capital projects in the heritage sector.

Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Building Surveying from the University of West England. She is an active member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), serving on the BC Chapters Committee, and holds the MRICS professional designation, recognizing her commitment to excellence and leadership in the field of real estate and construction.
