As Development Manager Rebecca is responsible for managing the development and implementation of social purpose projects in consultation with Partners and staff.

An enthusiastic Development Manager and Project Management Professional, she joined Terra in 2024.

Rebecca leverages her development management and construction experience in the public sector to build non-market housing and support affordable housing providers. She has 6 years experience in the real estate development industry. Projects include townhomes, multifamily, mixed-use wood frame apartments, and high-rise concrete towers. Working with non-profits, First Nations, municipalities, churches, and housing providers to deliver affordable housing. Rebecca has overseen projects from schematic design, permitting, to construction, occupancy, warranty and closeout.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Capilano University, a Certificate in Architectural and Building Technology from BCIT, is currently enrolled in the Graduate Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) at UBC Sauder, and is a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP).
