As Senior Development Manager, Ranj is responsible for managing the development and implementation of social purpose projects working closely with Terra’s Partners and staff.

Ranj joined Terra in 2021. Prior to joining Terra, Ranj was a Project Manager for residential and commercial construction projects across the Lower Mainland, managing all phases of the development and construction process.

He holds a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate (BBRE) and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business. He also holds the RI designation from the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) by the Project Management Institute.
