As Proposal Manager, Rachel works with Partners, Development Managers, and clients providing direction and support through complex requirements and funding proposal applications including providing templates, checklists, content and editing support to ensure successful submissions.

Rachel joined Terra in 2023. Since then, she has supported clients to submit over 90 funding proposals including 18 to BC Housing’s Building BC programs which include the Community, Indigenous, Supportive, and Women and Transition Housing Funds.  Her work also includes graphic design and communications content.

Prior to joining the team, Rachel worked as a Building Manager for a non-profit society in Vancouver. Trained in architecture with experience in housing advocacy, co-housing, and non-profit housing management, Rachel is passionate about housing affordability, establishing community within disconnected cities, and social change.

She holds a Masters in Architecture from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelors Degree in Art + Design.
