As Claims Administrator, Parmeet oversees the end-to-end claims process, including claim intake, documentation review, cost tracking, and coordination with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

Parmeet joined Terra in 2025. Her experience includes managing claims for large-scale construction projects, including high-rise developments, wood-frame construction, and both commercial and residential builds. Parmeet’s expertise includes reviewing construction documentation, tracking project costs, and ensuring alignment with project specifications, contractual requirements, and the overall project lifecycle. She works closely with clients, funders, and project team members to maintain smooth project operations and accurate claim records.

Parmeet holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and has completed her Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation through the National Payroll Institute.

Outside of work, she enjoys baking, cooking, and experimenting with new recipes to share with family and friends.
