As an Accountant, Maryam is responsible for performing full cycle accounting and managing of documents and preparing claims for submission to funders. Her work includes invoicing, GST, and other compliance filings and remittances as well as assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual closing and financial reporting.

Maryam joined Terra’s Finance Department in 2024. An accomplished financial analyst, Maryam brings years of diversified experience collaborating with project managers, controllers, and finance managers from various countries.  She has a proven track record in general accounting, tax, audit, project budgeting, cost analysis, financial reporting, ERP deployment, and process improvement across global business industries.

Maryam holds a Diploma in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Accounting from Payame Noor University of Tehran.

In her spare time Maryam enjoys reading poetry and novels. She loves art, music, nature, travelling, exploring new places and getting to know new cultures, and watching documentaries.
