In his role, Mark works and assists Terra’s Partners and staff develop, deliver, and manage, non-profit and social purpose housing projects throughout Western Canada.

Mark joined Terra as a Development Manager in 2025. Prior to joining Terra, Mark spent more than 14-years as a licensed builder and Project Manager on various developments throughout BC. Recently, he worked with a number of First Nations communities, helping them develop and deliver housing, childcare centres and cultural gathering spaces in their traditional territories from Rivers Inlet to Williams Lake. Mark is excited to work with Terra to help and represent organizations and communities that have been traditionally underrepresented and underserved or marginalized.

With a BA in Political Science from UVic and a Broadcast Journalism Degree from BCIT,  Mark is currently pursuing his PMP.
