As Partner and Development Manager, Andrew guides organizations through every phase of real estate development—from feasibility and municipal approvals to construction oversight and project close-out. Since joining Terra in 2019, he has built a portfolio spanning the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and BC's Interior, with particular expertise in complex multi-stakeholder housing and mixed-use projects.

Andrew brings fifteen years of real estate experience to Terra, including six years as a commercial real estate appraiser in Vancouver. This foundation gives him a practical, solutions-oriented approach to navigating project viability, funding, and delivery. Since 2020, he has successfully delivered 249 BC Housing CHF and IHF funded projects, with another 260 currently in development.

As Partner, Andrew leads strategic corporate priorities for Terra while staying deeply involved in client projects. His ability to translate between collaborative, mission-driven cultures and the bottom-line realities of development makes him an essential advocate for organizations building community through real estate.

Andrew holds a Master of Urban Studies degree from Simon Fraser University and Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University. He sat on the Board of a housing society in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside and has also previously volunteered with the SFU Urban Studies Alumni Council, City of Vancouver, SFU, and Urban Land Institute events.
