Terra worked with the Society to develop the unique partnership which enabled this project to be completed. The Kiwanis Society, the City of North Vancouver, BC Housing and a private developer, Grosvenor/Palladium Development, worked together to successfully develop this affordable housing project for independent seniors which is built on the corner of the larger market townhome and condominium redevelopment.
It features 27 apartment units and is conveniently located close to Lions Gate Hospital and other medical amenities, shopping, transit, etc.
