This project was primarily funded under the Provincial Homelessness Initiative, built on land provided by the John Howard Society. It features 48 self-contained one-bedroom units of transitional housing and outreach services for singles who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. All apartments are wheelchair accessible.
The four-storey wood-frame building contains amenity and administrative areas.
Terra has worked with the Society to develop projects in Kamloops for two decades, including assisting with challenging community processes to garner neighbourhood support for the projects.
