This building provides 48 units for people with low to moderate incomes—a demographic desperately underserved by Vancouver’s rental housing market. Twenty-four of the units in the building are part of an outreach partnership with Kettle Society which offers Supported Independent Living units for individuals with low to moderate incomes and mental health issues who do not require any housing supports. The building has commercial units on the ground floor offering restaurants and other commercial enterprises to residents.
