Please join us in welcoming Juliet Koyiet to the Terra team! Juliet joined us in late 2023 as a Development Coordinator assisting Development Managers and Partners in all aspects of our development projects.
Juliet has an educational and work background in architecture and project management from Canada, Kenya, and Denmark. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology from VIA University College, Denmark, and an Architectural Technology diploma from SAIT College, Alberta. Recently, Juliet received a Post-Degree Diploma in project management from Douglas College, New Westminster.
Before joining Terra, Juliet’s experience included working as a Development Coordinator at Atira Women’s Resource Society, an Intern Architect at Maven Builders in Kenya, and an Intern Architectural Technologist at HFKS Architects in Calgary.
“My first four months at Terra have been amazing. The team’s support has been invaluable, guiding me through different procedures and involving me in exciting projects. What excites me the most is seeing projects reach completion and welcoming tenants into their new homes. It’s very fulfilling to play a part in creating housing for the community. I’m happy to be able to contribute my knowledge and expertise to the various projects I am involved in at Terra.”
