Terra managed the development of this complex development involving three different community groups in one project with separate air space parcels for each phase. Located on the historic Block 17 at Canton Alley, the original block of Vancouver’s Chinatown, the project contains a 44-unit family and seniors housing project for the Chinese Benevolent Association, a 46,000 sq. ft. community service center for S.U.C.C.E.S.S., and office space for the Chinese Merchants Association.
