Terra worked with the Society to complete Bedford Manor, the first fully subsidized assisting living complex in British Columbia. The building also houses the offices of the Society. It is located in downtown Kamloops, contains 76 units and houses seniors with low to moderate incomes who require assistance to continue living independently.
Amenities include two meals per day, weekly linen service, 24-hour staff availability, social activities, medication monitoring, as well as periodic night time care, daily personal assistance and weekly housekeeping, if required.
