Terra works with non-profit organizations to help them achieve their housing objectives. 

We do not manage housing or keep waitlists.

If you see a project on our website and are interested in finding out about living there, please contact the non-profit society that operates the housing.  Most are listed in the phone book; some have their own websites.

BC Housing is the provincial crown agency that develops, manages and administers a wide range of subsidized housing options for those in greatest need. www.bchousing.org

Co-op Housing Federation of BC (CHFBC) is a co-operative association made up of member housing co-ops and related organizations, in British Columbia.  www.chf.bc.ca

Terra Property Management (TPM) was established by staff of Terra Housing Consultants in April 1998.  TPM manages numerous affordable housing projects. www.terramanagement.ca
